• 2) No Sexual Harassment or any other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature is prohibited in the chat.
• 3) No solicitation of any groups, affiliations, or political groups is allowed in this chat. Solicitation of pooling funds, or joining other groups/services not affiliated with STX executives Inc, is a direct violation and will result in a permanent ban without any refunds.
• 4) No disrespectful comments to anyone based on culture, religion, belief, point of view, etc.
• 5) No negative remarks towards another person, for any reason that creates an uncomfortable environment. All critiques can be settled in a professional and friendly manner

• 7) Privately harassing members via DM s or by solicitation to join their discord server or adhere to any sort of promotion is strictly forbidden. This channel is ad-free.
If any of these rules are broken by any member, they will be permanently banned without warning. If any of these rules are broken by members they will automatically forfeit all outstanding lessons and will lose access to all recorded lessons. No refunds will be provided once a member is banned for breaking discord rules and disclaimer policies. This is a safe zone for learning and understanding financial markets.
MENTORSHIP PROGRAM DISCLAIMERS:

APPLICABLE FOR GOLD & SIlVER PLAN: All mentorships expire within the 5-month duration. If the user has not used the entire lesson plan they will automatically forfeit all outstanding lessons remaining. In certain circumstances, due to delays or unforeseen events, the professor may grant exceptions to lesson plans and can grant additional time for lesson plans. This must be approved under "Professor's $SPX" exceptions.
APPLICABLE for DIAMOND PLAN: The client has the maximum capability to book 3 lessons per week.

VIOLATION & TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

WEBSITE/PRICING MODIFICATIONS/ALTERATIONS
We, the STX EXECUTIVES INC. team, without any limitation, can /alter/change/modify the website looks, layout, online/offline services, displayed/posted/shared content policies/conditions, procedures, offered thereby, and the fees, costs and pricing of the services/goods provided on our website. CANCELLATIONS

If you choose to deactivate or delete your account on our web platform, Discord, Zoom, Twitter or any other platforms STX EXECUTIVES INC. team might use, you are requested to carry out the process in its entirety. If you act so, you shall lose access to your account as well as the associated content. Hence, you are requested to download a copy of your content and other related information prior to deleting/deactivating your account.
Note: We the STX EXECUTIVES INC. team, reserve the right to have a copy of the content/information associated with your deleted/deactivated account in the back-up and such information shall not be accessible by you.
Be aware that upon the cancellation of your Subscription or Program, your account will be automatically adjusted to the "Nomad" tier. This adjustment will persist up until the forthcoming billing cycle. While designated as a "Nomad," please note that you will no longer retain access to the STX University Course and all related Mentorship resources in order to safeguard our material assets. Access to all other services will continue uninterrupted until the conclusion of your current billing period.
